We believe the hair experience is all about you - helping you feel and look your best. Our intimate studio is your go-to spot for personalized hair experience, where we craft dry cuts and treatments that are as unique as your hair’s needs and goals.

Product & Service Policy

We’ve curated a range of hair services using quality products: paraben-free, sulfate-free, vegan, and color-safe. These products are designed to complement your dry haircut and hair treatments. Our studio stylist is happy to recommend products that suit your hair type and styling needs.

Guest Experience

We want you to feel completely at ease in our studio. Stay connected with our internet, have some refreshing water, and embrace the STUDIO SUYEN experience. Our intimate studio has limited space, we ask that you keep companions to a minimum during your visit.

Appointment Policy

To keep things running smoothly for you and other guests, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that delays happen and we’ll try our best to fit you in. However, please note there will be a 15-minute waiting time. If it’s too late we may need to find a new time that works. 

To secure your ideal date and time, we recommend booking a two-week advance. 

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

If you need to change your appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If it’s less than 24 hours, a Php 1,000 will apply. Also, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to proceed with other guests to keep the appointments on schedule.

Payment Info

To secure your spot, a prepayment is required for the haircut services. Any additional services, such as hair treatments, can be settled in the studio. Just a reminder - unconfirmed spots will be automatically forfeited.

You can pay for your haircut directly online via paypal or credit card. You may pay for your additional add on treatment in the studio via credit card. Take note that we do require a non-refundable deposit for pre-booked. Our studio does not accept cash.

Pet Policy

Our building policy recently changed and it does not allow pets in the building.

Retouching Policy

If you notice anything that needs a bit of adjusting such as uneven lengths, alignment of bangs, color adjustments and layering refinements, feel free to pop back in within 7 days for a quick touch-up.
